If your question is not answered in the FAQs below, feel free to contact us via chat or e-mail. We will respond as soon as possible, but we are not available 24/7.- Taking pictures is free. You only pay if you decide to print the photo. If you experience any issues, please contact us and provide your location.
- Prints can be found in the tray outside the photo booth! Please check before reaching out to us.
- Our machines do not give change. Any remaining credit is saved and can be used for your next purchase.
- If you received a message from your bank about a transaction but didn’t get a printout: This is often just a reservation, and the payment may not have been completed. If you’re unsure, try again or contact us. Please provide the time, location, and a description of the people in the photo.
- Our machines do not take money if the printer is not working.
